Our knowledge of the WCO Harmonised Commodity Description & Coding System which is an internationally standardized system for classifying traded products, coupled with the recent upgrade of the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) to ASYCUDA WORLD by the Grenada Customs Department makes the document preparation/duty calculation process much faster. It also allows Brokers to be more flexible working from anywhere at any time once they are exposed to a reliable internet connection and computer system. This we use to our advantage ensuring efficiency in our most valued service.
Important to note:
In order for us to provide you with the quick and smooth Customs Brokerage Service, it is essential that you meet the following requests;
1. Please provide us with ORIGINALS of all relating documents:
Invoices, Bill of Ladings, Airway Bills, Caricom Certificate of Origin (In case of caricom manufactured goods.)
2. The above mentioned documents should preferably be handed over to us at least seven (7) working days before arrival of vessel or aircraft.
3. Completed Agent/Broker Authorization form must be signed and submitted to Grenada Customs Dep't., to allow us to proceed with the processing of declaration through the Asycuda World portal on clients behalf. (NB. This form will be completed by Randy's Reliable Services and taken to new clients to be signed).
4. All cheque payments to Government of Grenada for import duties on goods should be made from a business account, since Grenada Customs & Excise Department "DO NOT" accept personal cheques.
